after getting my A/C fixed and the car didn't start the next day...I noticed I didn't hear the Fuel Pump come on, so I thought it was the Fuel Pump Relay switch (but it was good)...thinking then it was the Fuel Pump (replaced it, still had same issues)... then went to run my first ever diagnostic and noticed the ECU light was not flashing (and I thought the just the LED was out...I was wrong)...that ECU was fried...so purchased a used one...the car started up....but then had that "still running with the key out" issue and it returned a Code 21 (making me think it was the PTU at first...then thinking it was the ignition switch)...ended up on vacation 5 minutes from Z1 Motorsports this past weekend...brought the new ECU up there...they put it in one of their Z's...and what do you know!...there's kept running with the key out too!...So I was sold a bad one off Ebay!!..just my luck!!...what are the chances!! (returning that this week!)...anyways...bought a used one while at Z1...got home...installed..and now running okay!...Hope this research/post will help out someone in the future!..and thanks for all your input guys!
